Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Uniqueness Hijab, we are committed to ensuring customer  satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may  return or exchange your items under the conditions outlined below. 

Return and Exchange Conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original packaging.
• Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Non-returnable Items: Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at uniquenesshijab@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Shipping: You are  responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
• Method of Refund:  Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original  shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a  damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, please specify this in your return request email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at uniquenesshijab@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund. 

International Returns:

For international returns, customers are responsible for all  shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes. If a package is  rejected due to unpaid fees and returned to us, these fees will be  deducted from the refund amount along with original shipping costs.
